Japanese nama chocolates

Read this article on the ST today.

I am a real chocolate lover. Hence, I am over to make a mental note to try all of them.

Some short intro :

Nama Chocolate - Fresh or Raw from the ingredient used to make chocolate. Composition similar to ganache, mixture of chocolate and cream. Usually sold in small retangular slabs and dusted over with coat of cocoa power.
